At Hyères Profilés, we manufacture our line posts at our plant in Marsac, in the Creuse region of France. They are extruded from recycled PVC sourced from exterior window and door frames, a material whose durability we know well, having worked with it since 1975. The result is a post that won’t rot and easily withstands sun, crop treatments and harsh winters.
What sets them apart is their built-in hook system, which we have patented. No more buying and fitting hooks or clips: wires up to 3 mm sit directly on the profile. It is rigid enough to hold firmly in the ground, while keeping the flexibility needed for work along the row. Its rounded shapes also prevent damage to the vines and to grape harvesting machines.
