As part of the ongoing development of our industrial partnerships, we recently had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from Tetra Pak and Yellow Dreams to our production facility in Marsac, Creuse.

This meeting highlighted the strong synergy between our organizations, particularly regarding the upcycling of recycled materials. The visit began with a technical presentation of our core raw material: POLYAL.

Derived from the recycling of liquid food cartons, these pellets form the foundation of our profiles. Quality control of this raw material is a crucial step to guarantee the mechanical properties and long-term durability of the finished products we deliver to our clients.

Insight into Our Manufacturing Processes

Accompanied by our production manager, our partners were able to follow the entire industrial workflow:

  • Incoming material quality control: Analysis of particle size distribution and the purity of the POLYAL.
  • Extrusion lines: Observation of processing parameters specific to bio-based and recycled materials.
  • Logistics and storage: Review of finished products packaged in our yard, ready for shipment.
